02 — Pinpoint: Most business problems don't start where they feel like they start. This stage goes deeper — identifying the root cause, understanding how it connects to other areas, and seeing how it has been quietly affecting everything else. This is where the chaos stops feeling random.
03 — Plan: Seeing the problem clearly isn't enough on its own. The Plan stage turns what we found into a structured, prioritized path forward — what to address first, what can wait, what depends on what, and where to expect resistance along the way.
